Please note that items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration may not be accepted.

Refunds

If approved:

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and order details. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
